Twinspires.com is a US site that carries a number of UK tracks, as well as Australia and South Africa. As far as I know you can only play horses though, no greyhounds. I have had an account with them for several years and have never had any issues. Contrary to what one of the other responders said, it is perfectly legal to bet horse races from other countries in the US.
